• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or any field
• Fresh Graduates with No Experience are welcome to apply
• Computer literate and competent

ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand motorcycles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models
• Responsible and achieve sales quota and targets as specified by Management
• To perform indoor and outdoor sales campaign and promotions as instructed by Management
• Develops buyers by prospecting and maintaining relationships with previous customers; outbound calling for leads; responding to online and phone inquiries
• Qualifiers buyers by understanding buyer\'s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interest to various models; building rapport
• Demonstrate motorcycle by explaining characteristics, capabilities and benefits
• Closes sales by overcoming objection; asking for sales; negotiating price; explaining and offering warranties; services; accessories; delivering motorcycle
• Arranging finance and insurance options for customers
• Provide sales management reports showing sales pipeline, leads, deals and deliveries

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Take responsibility and accountability for daily task (as delegate to you by your Manager)
• Making sure the motorcycles on display are in good order and well cared for
• Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
• Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained
• Attend all relevant training
