- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply or 1 year working experience in any field is an added advantage.
- Support the sales team.
- Assist customers with their purchases.
- Learn about the products and sales techniques.
- Perform daily stock counts and ensure stock tallies with the system.
- Follow company policies for stock and store safety.
- Monthly Personal commission
- 3 months KPI bonus
- Hostel provided (If needed)
