Sales Advisor (Used Car Dealer)

Location: Kajang, Selangor

Job Purpose:

To generate sales of used motor vehicles by actively engaging customers, promoting inventory units, providing professional product consultation, and ensuring smooth overall sales process including loan, insurance and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Sales

Handle sales of used cars (walk in + online enquiries) Conduct product briefing, features explanation, specs comparison, selling points highlight to customers Test drive arrangement with customers Prepare quotation / booking forms Assist customers with loan submission, trade in valuation, insurance arrangement

2. Customer Service

Attend to enquiries from social media, WhatsApp, call & showroom Follow up leads daily Maintain good relationship with customer before & after sales Update customers on loan status, approval status, car delivery process

3. Marketing & Content

Do social media posting (FB / TikTok / IG) Able to do TikTok Live for product promotion, car walkaround presentation & live lead conversion. Shoot photo/video of car units for advertisement Do captions / product descriptions Promote ongoing deals, promo, Merdeka promo / CNY promo etc.

4. Cars Knowledge

Learn & understand specs, features, safety features, pros/cons of cars Able to compare between variants, year made, fuel consumption, engine type etc.

5. Delivery Preparation

Check car condition before delivery Ensure handover smooth, sign delivery order, get customer acknowledgement
Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Preferably 1 year experience in automotive or sales related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Good communication & negotiation skills. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline & follow-up attitude. Must possess valid driving license.
