Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent service. Understand client needs and recommend suitable protection solutions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Attend training and coaching sessions to develop product knowledge and professional skills. Participate in outreach activities such as client events, roadshows, or business networking sessions.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma or Degree

in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Passionate about helping others and achieving financial success. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
