Job Description


Job Responsibility Highly skillful at diagnosing and assessing client needs at a strategic and business outcome level. Build positive trust relationships with vertical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process. Responsible for bringing in new leads/sales by methods proposed by the incumbent. Prepare and present new business proposals to partners, clients and/or potential investors. Responsible for the development and sales performance of respective sector market. Persuasively communicate the value of our solutions in terms of value and impact on customer business goals. Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers. Identifying opportunities for improvements in clients operations including process improvements that could increase efficiency or identifying alternative suppliers with lower costs. Developing and managing relationships with clients/ partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Identify and onboard new channel partners. Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma, bachelor s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree, any field. Strong interest in servicing and learning about various industries such as education, healthcare, government and agencies, port and transportation, retail and property, telecommunications, channels, or inbound sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers for both existing and new accounts. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to recruit and manage the team. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Possess own transport. Writes well in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Strong interest in ICT solutions or software.
