Job Responsibility Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Travel Coordinator to join our growing travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating travel arrangements for clients. Responsibilities Promote and sell travel packages to individuals and groups. Understand clients\' travel needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions. Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, and travel services. Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and product knowledge. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and goals. Primarily focus on inbound tourist from China. Job Requirements Previous experience in travel sales or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and products. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and tools. Fluent in Mandarin* (Required) & English with good communication & writing skills. Education A diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
