Sales Advisor
Job Description
Job Responsibility Advise customers on products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases. Service existing customers and develop new business leads. Handle and follow up with customers\' enquiries. Update management on current market trends and feedback from customers. Work as a team to ensure the sale process is smooth. Ad-hoc tasks from time to time. Job Requirements Minimum SPM qualification. Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin / Cantonese has advantage. Detail oriented, patience and flexible. Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision. Good customer service and interpersonal skill. Minimum 2 years sales experience in automotive industry (preferably in Isuzu parts).
