Job Description

• Must be willing to work retail hours, shifts, WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAY (shift rotation)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, friendly tone & positive attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin due to nature of the business.
• Good discipline
• With experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply (Training provided)
• At least posses SPM or above qualification

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent and professional customer service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowldge and persuasive selling techniques.
• Handles customer inquiries professionally (customer complaint, feedback, product survey)
• Conduct daily stock count and update customer details in system.
• Work together with the branch manager to achieve sales target
