We are looking for a customer-oriented

Sales Advisor

to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with their vehicle service and repair needs, promoting workshop services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is personable, sales-driven, and knowledgeable about automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

:

Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance packages. Ability to create a promotional video will be an advantage.
Explain technical details of services and repairs to customers in a clear and simple manner.

Sales Promotion

:

Promote workshop services, spare parts, and special offers. Upsell additional products and services based on vehicle inspections or customer inquiries. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the workshop manager.

Job Scheduling & Coordination

:

Coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff to schedule and prioritize jobs efficiently. Keep customers updated on job progress and delivery timelines.

Invoicing & Payment

:

Prepare accurate job estimates and invoices for services rendered. Handle customer payments and maintain records of transactions.

Customer Retention

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Collect customer feedback and address complaints or concerns promptly.

Administrative Duties

:

Maintain detailed customer and vehicle service records. Track inventory levels for frequently used parts and report shortages.

Compliance & Standards

:

Ensure that all services comply with workshop quality and safety standards. Follow company policies and industry regulations.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
