Job Responsibility Customer Correspondence Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information or directing them to the appropriate sales representative. Sales Documentation - (i) Prepare and process quotation, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents accurately. - (ii) Maintain organized and up-to-date filing for sales documents and customer records. Sales Support Collaborate with the logistic and warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. Communication and Coordination Liaise with other departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales-related activities. Job Requirements At least Diploma in Business Management or any related fields. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Prior experience as Sales Admin Assistant is added advantage.
