Job Description

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in gold and jewellery, is preferred but not required. Experience in high-end or luxury retail environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of gold and jewellery products, including different types of precious metals, gemstones, and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining inventory.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with detailed information about gold and jewellery products.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and selling a range of gold and jewellery items, including understanding customer preferences and recommending appropriate products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of gold and jewellery products, including their features, benefits, and value. Stay updated on market trends and new arrivals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized advice and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with inventory control, including stock checks, replenishment, and organization to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Handle sales transactions, process payments, and manage documentation accurately. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
