1. Online & Offline Sales and Customer Consultation
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and product recommendations through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, and the company website.
Approach potential customers offline using company-provided leads/materials and provide professional product presentations to increase purchase intention and drive conversions.
2. Order Processing & Pre-/Post-Sales Support
Follow up on customer orders, payment confirmation, and delivery/parcel tracking.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and return/exchange requests to ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Product Listing & Content Maintenance
Assist in updating product information, uploading new items, and submitting photos or marketing materials.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and key selling points.
Ensure inventory, pricing, and promotion details are accurate across platforms.
4. Store Operations Support
Assist in executing platform campaigns, livestream activities, and advertising promotions.
Monitor store ratings and customer feedback, and propose improvement suggestions.
5. Sales Targets & KPI Achievement
Use effective sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Collect market insights, including hot-selling items, customer concerns, and competitor updates.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly operation reports (sales, inventory, manpower, incident logs).
Manage delivery documents, reports, cashier records, and daily administrative tasks.
Assist supervisors in implementing company policies, training, and new operational procedures.
Requirements
SPM / Diploma or above.
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer service or sales (fresh graduates are welcome; training provided).
Familiar with basic operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Strong communication skills, sales techniques, and customer service mindset.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
Familiar with WhatsApp Business and basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
