Promote and sell product such as paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wrap film, and tools.
Develop B2B partnerships (e.g., workshops, showrooms)
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Provide professional consultation on products/services suited to customer needs (e.g., PPF/wrapping film installation guide, etc.)
Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
4. Marketing & Promotion Support
Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content.
Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
5. Technical Understanding
Gain knowledge of film types, brands, and application techniques.
Educate customers on product performance, maintenance.
Requirements:
Interest in automotive PPF /or car wrapping installation
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic technical knowledge of car detailing is an advantage.
Must be able to travel locally for client visits or events.
