A Sales Advisor is responsible for selling PROTON vehicles and providing excellent service to customers. The role involves advising customers, handling sales processes, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the showroom
Explain PROTON car models, features, pricing, and promotions
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up with customers
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
Arrange test drives for customers
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
Maintain good relationships with customers before and after sales
Update customer information and sales records
Work closely with the sales and management team
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales and the automotive industry
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Possess a valid driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
