Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 + Commission
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturday Half Day)
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday Half Day)
Location: No 66 Jalan Pelabur 23/A, 40300 Seksyen 23, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Job Scope

1) Greet and engage with customers to understand their book preferences and needs
2) Recommend suitable books based on customer interests and current market trends
3) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, including new releases and bestsellers
4) Achieve sales targets and maximize commission earnings through excellent customer service
5) Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper cash register records
6) Arrange and display books neatly and creatively to enhance customer experience
7) Support company marketing activities, including promotions, events, and book signings
8) Track personal sales performance to ensure commission accuracy
9) Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

1) Open to fresh graduates
2) Interest in books and customer service is a plus
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills
4) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
5) Target-driven and team-oriented
