Job Description

:

1. Sales Activities:

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Identify and attract new customers while maintaining good relationships with existing customers. Provide detailed explanations about Proton products to customers.
2. Communication & Marketing Skills:

Conduct digital marketing, including live streaming on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram. Deliver clear, engaging, and professional presentations in front of the camera. Handle customer inquiries both online and offline.
3. Documentation Management:

Assist customers with car loan applications and document preparation. Ensure all transaction documents are complete and well-organized.
4. Customer Service:

Provide friendly and professional service to help customers make informed purchase decisions. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.
Requirement:

Male or female, aged 19 to 45 years old. Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in speaking in front of a camera. Possess a valid driving license. Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in sales or marketing (preferred). No experience? Training and guidance provided. Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage. Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
