Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed. Assisting customers in locating requested store products. Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints. Responsible for managing the sales target. Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor. Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers. Confidently making and closing sales. Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots. To actively monitor and provide the selling team with feedback and regular coaching on all of the above.

Job Requirement:



Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM 2 -3 years working experience in the relevant fields. Familiar with computer system.

Basic and monthly commission, attractive salary

Willing to work on weekend


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
