• Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features
• Understanding all products and services offered by MUDAH AUTO and able to explain to customers confidently about the brand.
• Able to convert the leads into sales, work as specialist who can fascinate people with their knowledge of motor vehicles.
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Communicating with customers via email, telephone, whatsapp and in person.
• Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests
• Negotiating the final price for the sale.
• Completing the paperwork for each sale.
• Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales
• Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the car and maintain the safety workspace.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
• To arrange for registration and delivery of motor vehicle for customers
• To arrange for inspection of motor vehicles at Puspakom and JPJ
• Compliance to SOP\'s and all sales process requirement
• Computer savvy (Proactive in Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok... Social Media Ads)

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is added advantage
• Must possess own transport with a valid Class D driving license.
• Fresh graduate / SPM graduate is encourage to apply
