Respond to customer inquiries regarding their eligibility for bank loans in a timely and professional manner.
Evaluate and analyze customer\'s financial information and circumstances to determine their eligibility for housing loans.
Clearly explain the process for applying for a housing loan, including any necessary documentation,timelines, and what to expect.
Continuously update knowledge on all housing loan products to provide accurate information to customers.
Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to management and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer service.
