Greet and engage with walk-in and online customers professionally and courteously.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences and budget.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Prepare and process sales documentation, loan applications, and other related paperwork.
Follow up with prospects, maintain customer database, and build long-term relationships.
Keep up-to-date with the latest models, promotions, market trends, and competitor activity.
Ensure vehicles in the showroom are clean, well-presented, and ready for display.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and handover to customers.
