- Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field
- Strong communicate on and interpersonal skills
- Driving license (motor car)
- Provide advice and support to users of the Company's products.
- Attend trade exhibitions/events to promote the Company's products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in designated sales areas.
- Record sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to grow sales.
- Support the Company's marketing efforts, including conducting research for relevant technical knowledge.
- Competitive remunerations with fixed basic salary
- Discretionary bonus and uncapped commission structure
