We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused

Sales Ambassadors

to join our gold retail outlets. The ideal candidate will represent the brand with professionalism, deliver excellent customer service, and assist customers in selecting high-quality gold products.

Key Responsibilities



Provide warm and professional customer service to all walk-in customers. Assist customers in choosing gold jewellery and provide product recommendations. Maintain product knowledge, including gold types, designs, pricing, and promotions. Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle cashiering duties, sales transactions, and daily reports. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements



Preferably candidates with

luxury retail

or

premium fashion brand

experience. Able to

read and speak Mandarin

(backend system and HQ communication are in Mandarin). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant, confident, and customer-service-oriented. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
