Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in and appointment-based customers in our showroom with a warm smile!
Online Support: Handle inquiries through our social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (XHS), providing quick and engaging responses.
After-Sales Care: Follow up with customers and offer excellent after-sales support to keep them happy and valued.
? Showroom Management: Help maintain our showroom display and manage inventory, ensuring everything looks great and is well-stocked.
