Compile, analyze, and generate regular sales reports.
Calculate and process monthly incentives for the sales team.
Maintain DIAL system data, ensuring integration with sales and inventory.
Perform detailed analyses of pricing strategies, costs, discount structures, and customer credits.
Support the sales forecasting process by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and pipeline information.
Administer distributor system, updating details, monitoring order fulfillment, and resolving issues.
Track and update daily stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor and report on the progress of new product distributions, ensuring timely deliveries and performance.
Managing and maintaining SAP customer databases, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
To Be Successful in This Role:
Candidates must at least have a Bachelor\'s Degree certification in Economics, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or any equivalent field.
Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in DMS and Power BI is an added advantage.
Experience in operating Excel.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
