Knowledge and experience with Salesforce to understand Opportunity, Case Ticketing, Fulfillment Accounts and overall management of the Customer lifecycle in Salesforce Responsibilities:

• 
  Proficient in our overall Sales and Implementation process with detailed knowledge of all contractual paperwork to include but not limited to: Subscriber Application, MVR affidavits, Credentialing forms, Names Change, Amendments, Modifications, Change Forms, Order Forms, etc.
• Customer Facing resource to education the customer on processing and forms

• Complete and Own implementation document forms when required to include User Listings, LOAs, LOIs, etc
• Support sales cycle by completing SOF document and inputting them within CPQ/CLM
• Review Packages with seller and customer to fully understand paperwork requirements and dependent products and internal processes to help minimize rework and improve overall quality of sale

Qualifications:

• 
  At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales support and sales implementation process

• Expert-level experience in utilizing Salesforce and other price quotation and analysis tools
• Experience in supporting APAC region
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills
• Collaboration skills to work with multiple internal teams
• Enforcing compliance requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyse data
• Ability to handle sensitive accounts
