About the role



As the Sales and Event Executive (SimplySiti & BeauSiti) at CTDK Holdings Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the company's marketing and communications efforts.

What you'll be doing



Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including objectives, venue, budget, timeline, logistics, permits, vendors, and decor. Identify and secure strategic locations for promotional booths/pop-ups - e.g., shopping malls, beauty expos, universities, or other high-traffic areas aligned with target markets. Build and leverage strong networks with influencers, suppliers, and partners to enhance brand visibility and event impact. Source, approach, and negotiate sponsorship opportunities to support events and campaigns. Identify and acquire new distributors/partners through events, roadshows, and networking activities. Conduct site surveys and analyze customer traffic to ensure event effectiveness and ROI. Prepare event proposals including budget, expected returns, and execution timelines. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to align events with brand strategy. Arrange and prepare event materials such as booths, backdrops, brochures, media kits, and product samples. Manage and negotiate with vendors/contractors - catering, AV, security, decoration, logistics. Execute event set-up, display items and dismantle events, ensuring smooth flow before and after event for strong customer engagement. Lead and brief event staff/crew, ensuring professionalism and brand consistency. Monitor and evaluate event performance: visitor numbers, sales generated, distributors secured, sponsorships obtained, and customer feedback. Handle unforeseen challenges quickly and effectively to ensure event success.

What we're looking for



Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in event management, activations, or promotional campaigns (beauty/retail industry preferred). Extensive network of contacts with influencers, suppliers, sponsors, and potential distributors. Proven track record in securing event sponsors and acquiring distributors. Strong public-speaking and interpersonal skills; confident and not afraid to engage with the public. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Ability to work under pressure and deliver impactful results.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
