a) Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlines in the Marketing Plan
b) Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing budget.
c) Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / GCM account
d) Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
e) Attends major networking functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, meetings and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
f) Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research. Closely monitor competitors' activities/movement, consistently share market intelligence with DOS/DOM and the sales team
g) Keeps updated with clients relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Events Management Team
h) Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, written communications
i) To carry out any other responsible duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
