COOX is Malaysia\'s first connected cloud kitchen empowering culinary brands of all sizes with quality kitchen space and innovative solutions. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

As a leasing executive, you\'ll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

  • Proven working experience as a Sales Executive
  • Proven sales track record

Responsibilities

The Role
  • Finding new business which involves cold calling, face to face meetings, networking
  • Formulate strategies to build strong lead generation strategies and build a strong pipeline, potential merchant follow-up and contact cycles
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to build strong lead generation strategies
  • Research, cold sales (mail, calling); seek out the appropriate contacts in an organization
  • Maintain currency & accuracy of data of contact lists
  • Foster and develop relationships with prospects - creating strategies for this objective
  • Understand the needs of your prospective merchants and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • As part of a small team, work closely with tech, accounts and marketing teams to ensure business objectives are met
  • Support Accounts team with receivables
  • Onboard merchants to overcome any teething issues
  • Support merchants during their first weeks of onboarding, pushing them to generate more results
  • To perform such other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Founders

  • A natural at prospecting using social media and networking to identify new merchants and new markets
  • Responsible for achieving targets set by management, identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Prompt and efficient follow up and engagement with leads provided for the purposes of signing up new merchants
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
