Job Scope - Sales & Marketing Administrator
1. Quotation Preparation Support
Assist in preparing sales quotations based on technical input and pricing guidelines provided by the Engineering Manager.
Maintain and update quotation templates, pricing sheets, and product/service catalogues for faster turnaround.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all commercial and technical details before submission to clients.
Track quotation status (submitted / pending / won / lost) and follow up with Sales or Engineering Manager for action.
2. Project Progress Tracking
Create and maintain a project tracking sheet (e.g., Excel or dashboard) to monitor live projects from quotation stage to project completion.
Coordinate with site / project / engineering teams to update progress milestones.
Highlight delays or pending actions to the Engineering Manager for follow-up.
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports for management review.
3. Sales & Marketing Coordination
Support client communication by drafting emails, proposal letters, and basic presentations.
Maintain a centralised database of customers, leads, and contacts.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups on behalf of the Sales or Engineering team.
4. Documentation & Filing
Organize and archive all quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and project documents.
Ensure version control and easy accessibility for team reference.
5. General Administrative Support
Assist in gathering relevant data for costing or vendor sourcing when required.
Coordinate between internal departments (engineering, purchasing, accounts) to support project flow.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
