Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative

Sales & Marketing Assistant

to support our daily marketing and sales activities. You will assist in promoting our brand, managing customers, and helping to grow sales through various online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

Handle customer inquiries and process orders (online & offline). Support sales team with reseller and distributor management. Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with basic reporting. Host live sessions (TikTok Live, Shopee, etc) to promote and demonstrate products.

Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions. Manage company's social media platforms (posting, engagement, reply to DMs/comments). Create engaging content (photo, video, caption, short clips for social media). Support photo/video shoots, product launches, and events. Assist in preparing marketing materials such as flyers, product info sheets, and presentation decks. Conduct simple market and competitor research when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Confident to speak and appear in front of the camera. Creative, organized, and able to multitask. Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility. Basic knowledge in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Passionate about food, snacks, or chocolate is an added bonus!
