Job Description

Responsibility

Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. Process sales transactions using the POS system. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and displays. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions. Manage all social media platforms, create new content ideas, and post updates on alternate days. Assist in coordination and follow-up piano deliveries and after sales support as part of overall team responsibility, regardless of individual sales originating from. Perform cashiering duty if assigned.

Experience & Skill Requirement

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred Good teamwork Problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM software Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Flexible to work on shifts and weekends Able to speak and write in Chinese will be added advantage

Academic Requirement :

SPM or equivalent/Diploma/Degree
