Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations, including processing sales orders, coordinating delivery arrangements, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships.
This role bridges sales administration and marketing activities to ensure smooth business operations and effective brand promotion.

Sales Support & Administration

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders promptly and accurately. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and delivery scheduling. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents. Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales reports. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Coordinate with designers or agencies on marketing materials, product brochures, and social media content. Update company social media platforms and monitor engagement. Conduct basic market research or competitor tracking to support marketing planning. Support digital marketing activities (email campaigns, content posting, etc.).

Customer Relations

Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships. Gather customer feedback and report insights to the Sales Manager. Assist in managing distributors or retail partners when required.

General Coordination

Liaise with internal departments (accounts, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations. Assist with stock checks, sample requests, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
