Bachelor\'s degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or CRM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge of CRM, Campaign Planning and Loyalty Program best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze retail data and customer behavior.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel, as needed.

Tanggungjawab

Conduct in-depth analysis of retail data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on how to increase sales and acquire quality members.
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective CRM campaign strategies.
Ensure successful adoption and utilization of our loyalty program by clients.
Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to increase revenue.
Act as a resourceful problem-solver for any client\'s retail and system issues.
