JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day conversations and activity across all digital platforms, coordinating with the sales team on all enquiries, and working closely with department heads to ensure that all campaigns align accordingly with the brand. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for assisting our sales and marketing teams to boost business through social media and email marketing in a Real Estate/Hospitality industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor day-to-day conversations and activity across all digital platforms, including social media, email, and website
- Coordinate with the sales team on all enquiries and assist with sales admin, CRM, and sales coordination
- Work closely with the social media manager, sales manager, department heads, and team to ensure that all campaigns align accordingly with our brand
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives specific to our company
- Plan and execute sale promotions/campaigns to email subscribers using ActiveCampaign
- Arrange schedules and communicate with the sales and marketing team and other departments
- Assist with social media and website content specific to our company
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in sales and marketing coordination in a Real Estate/Hospitality industry
- Experience with social media, email marketing, and website management in a Real Estate/Hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to own a personal laptop for work purposes
