JOB SCOPE



A. SALES (50%)



1. Follow-Up & Closing



Follow up semua leads dari

TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp & Website

ikut SOP Qaabila AI. Closing menggunakan

10-Step Closing Framework

. Sediakan

nurture message

untuk warm-up prospek dan retarget pelanggan lama. Jawab DM/PM dengan tone

empati, consultative & customer-first

.

2. Daily Sales Activity



Kumpul & rekod semua leads harian dalam

Google Sheet / CRM

. Laksanakan follow-up 3 peringkat:

24h, 48h & 72h

. Urus pelanggan Trial Kit dan

upsell

ke Full Set dengan script yang disediakan.

3. Sales Performance Reporting



Sediakan

daily sales report

kepada management. Cadangkan improvement harian untuk naikkan conversion. Rekod & update

CR (Conversion Rate)

dan

CAC basic

.

B. MARKETING (50%)



1. Content Execution (Bukan Strategi)



Strategy disediakan oleh Boss -- tugas anda

execute

. Plan & publish

2-3 content harian

(TikTok + Instagram). Sediakan caption + angle mengikut guideline dan script content. Koordinasi dengan videographer untuk pastikan content siap on time. Update dan monitor

content calendar

.

2. TikTok Live Coordination



Sediakan jadual host dan memastikan setiap sesi live berjalan lancar. Pastikan live ada

hook, offer & skrip ringkas

untuk host. Beri cadangan improvement untuk tingkatkan viewer (>5 viewers) & dapatkan sales.

3. Shopee & TikTok Ads Support



Pantau KPI asas:

CTR, CR, Cost Per Result

. Cadangkan angle baru jika ads drop. Pastikan listing Shopee sentiasa

updated & attractive

.

4. Campaign Execution



Ambil kempen yang Boss rancang ?

breakdown kepada task jelas

.

Contoh: Kempen Umrah "Sebelum Terbang"



Siapkan poster Follow-up peserta Kumpul UGC Report harian Pastikan semua department ikut MSOP kempen

5. Data Monitoring



Check data harian: TikTok analytics Shopee conversion Website traffic Performance live Rekod semua data dalam Excel untuk memudahkan keputusan management.

SOFT SKILLS & PERSONALITY (KRITIKAL UNTUK QAABILA)



? Cepat adapt, tidak terlalu bergantung pada spoon-feeding
? Boleh kerja laju & high ownership
? Selesa follow-up & closing melalui WhatsApp
? Minat belajar sales + marketing
? Boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan sederhana
? Pandai koordinasi pasukan kecil (host, videographer, content)

Daily Sales Target dicapai

Conversion Rate meningkat setiap bulan

Views di TikTok & IG konsisten

Content siap & publish mengikut jadual

Performance Live meningkat & ada sales

Cost Per Result Ads menurun dari masa ke masa


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
