Job Details

Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 + Commission + Incentives
Working Hours: Flexible, based on schedule
Location: Kajang, Selangor

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who is creative, energetic, and passionate about social media marketing.
This role focuses on managing TikTok live streaming sessions, driving sales, creating engaging content, and supporting overall marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming Management (TikTok)

Host live streaming sessions on TikTok for product promotion and sales. Actively engage with viewers to create a fun and interactive live experience. Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries during live sessions. Keep live sessions engaging to attract more viewers and increase sales.

2. Sales Management & Coordination

Present product information clearly, creatively, and persuasively. Manage customer orders and ensure smooth sales processes. Support marketing initiatives to maximize product sales and visibility.

3. Content Creation & Sharing

Generate ideas and prepare simple content for social media platforms, including scripts and concepts for live sessions. Assist in developing promotional materials as directed by management.

4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

Track performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and engagement from live sessions. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future live streaming results.

5. Ad Hoc Tasks

Perform additional duties as required by management to support company operations.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Passion for social media, especially TikTok, with a strong understanding of current trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative, proactive, and sales-driven mindset. Willing to work flexible hours based on live streaming schedules.
