As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client\'s growth and establishing their brand as a leader in the market. Responsibilities: Promote and sell broadband services to potential customers, including individuals and businesses. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers\' requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Present and demonstrate broadband services to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position our broadband services in the market. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to the sales manager. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry or related field. Able to close deals from multiple referral points Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
