Job Description

Responsibilities and duties :

Design new marketing plan and social media schedule. Contribute to make and develop intergrated marketing campaigns to promote assigned products. Promotional materials development. Generate brand awareness. Produce creative content, including videos and social media posts. Liase with designers and printers for promotional materials development. Run social media channels and website to enhance brand awareness and audience engengement. Assist in organizing workshops and trainings for retail staffs. Good in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or any designing software, Involve in developing marketing plans collaborating and strategies, advertising campaigns and public relations strategies to increase company's sales. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business. Involve in business development activities. Data entry, collect and analyze information, prepare data and sales reports. Identify and research opportunities that comeup in new existing markets. Managing stock inventory. Managing acquisition/ purchasing of stock. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

We are looking for :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree at Business/ Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Commerce or relevant equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to deals, willingness to develop and learn new skills. Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Occasionally able to travel to retail outlets. Have cheerful, friendly and polite personality. Willing to learn and pick up new things. Good self-dicipline, independent, driven and motivated.
