We are looking for a

creative, energetic, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team at our Petaling Jaya store. The ideal candidate will handle both

online and offline marketing

, manage digital content creation, and help drive

store traffic and sales growth

.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Content Creation

Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales both online and offline. Create engaging and visually appealing digital content using

Canva

and

CapCut

(reels, stories, videos, posters, etc.). Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Run targeted promotional campaigns, festive offers, influencer collaborations, and local advertising initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

Sales & Customer Engagement

Develop strategies to

increase store walk-ins

and enhance customer experience. Engage with customers in-store to provide personalized recommendations and product information. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and building long-term customer relationships. Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

Offline Marketing & Community Outreach

Coordinate local promotions such as flyers, posters, and in-store events. Explore partnerships with nearby maternity hospitals, baby stores, parenting groups, and interior designers. Organize small community pop-ups, workshops, or collaborations to strengthen local brand presence.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency in Canva and CapCut

is essential. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Passion for baby products, furniture, and lifestyle trends. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve set goals.

Immediate availability preferred.
