Job Summary:

The Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by promoting the clinic's healthcare services to prospective clients, corporate partners, and referral sources. This position requires strong communication skills, healthcare service knowledge, and the ability to build trust with clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition

Promote clinic services (e.g., wellness programs, physiotherapy, health screenings) to walk-in customers, leads, and prospects. Conduct outreach to new patients, corporate clients, gyms, and wellness partners. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
2.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, corporate clients, and referral doctors. Provide post-sale follow-up and ensure a positive client experience. Act as a liaison between the clinic and clients to resolve issues and gather feedback.
3.

Sales Target & Reporting

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Track and update CRM or lead database with all client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
4.

Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, roadshows, and events. Assist in creating sales kits, presentations, and promotional materials. Represent the clinic during health talks, expos, and community outreach programs.
5.

Product & Service Knowledge

Maintain a deep understanding of clinic offerings, packages, pricing, and treatment benefits. Stay updated on new services, promotions, and healthcare trends relevant to the clinic.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic, or service-based sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
