• Handle backend operations of ecommerce platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative event promotion ideas.
• Plan and organize events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop event marketing strategies and materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
• Utilize various marketing channels to promote events.
• Manage social media ads and optimize campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Shoot, edit, and post expressive product videos and skits on social media platforms.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for event sponsorships and collaborations.
• Report marketing activities and results regularly.
• Collaborate with clinics, hospitals, and confinement centers for ground marketing initiatives.
