Great A.C.E. Program

and gain real-world experience as an apprentice in the financial advisory industry. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and exposure to kickstart a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

Attend training & workshops on financial planning, insurance, and sales Shadow experienced financial advisors during client meetings Build communication skills: approach prospects, handle questions & present solutions Assist in marketing activities, events, and promotions Practice and apply real sales skills with guidance

Program Structure & Benefits

Monthly allowance: RM1,000

First 3 months:

Focus on learning, training & exposure (sales encouraged but not compulsory)

Month 4-12:

Apply knowledge with monthly sales targets to remain eligible for allowance Career pathway available for high performers

Requirements

Open to fresh graduates or final-year students Strong interest in financial planning & sales Willingness to learn and take on challenges Good communication & interpersonal skills
