Job Description

The Boat Shop Asia is a training academy that provides educational and training services for the pleasure craft community. The academy offers a comprehensive range of courses for learners to start on their boating journey by allowing them to obtain a license by the governing bodies to drive a boat in Singapore or overseas. These courses will provide them the avenue to hone their boating skills, and increase their knowledge, competency, and confidence to drive a boat on their own.The Role

• Develop and create marketing content and manage social media platforms
• To increase publicity and brand awareness
• Handle and resolve feedback, complaints and conflicts
• provide weekly reports for management review
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales
• Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
• Answering and following up on customer's enquiries
• Keep proper documentation & filing system
• General administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
• Hybrid working environment (Mostly WFH, might need to go down to marina once in a while)

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Might need to be online when courses are being held on weekends (usually once a month at most)Ideal ProfileRequirements:

• Preferably 2 Years of experience but Fresh graduates may apply
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker
• Initiative
• Team Player
• Self-disciplined
• Prefer if the candidate is residing in Kuala Lumpur but open to outside of Kuala Lumpur if you are a good match
