We are looking for an organized Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing functions to create complete advantages for our company in the market industries. The responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, sales promotion, and developing pricing strategies. The sales and marketing manager represents the companys brand and drives strategies by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.You will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads and optimize revenue with the most efficient method.Responsibilities:-\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and optimize marketing plans, pricing strategies and annual revenue projections\xc2\xb7 Analyze budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring the sales team meet their target and goals monthly and annually.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and update related industry market trends and news to identify future trends/products that may create growth. Suggesting improvements to improve marketing evolution.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate marketing strategies with stakeholders to ensure constant communications and high productivity as well as efficiency of resources.\xc2\xb7 Implementing new sales plan and advertising\xc2\xb7 Identify untapped market/customer group and create targeted campaigns to increase company branding and products promotion.\xc2\xb7 Analyze, gather, investigate and summarize market data and trends, then prepare and present reports on quarterly and annually basis to the management.\xc2\xb7 Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing the sales team to meet sales and marketing resources objectives.\xc2\xb7 To perform other duties assign by management.Requirements:-\xc2\xb7 At least Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any related field.\xc2\xb7 5 years experience in marketing or sales\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze data to provide insights and make data-driven decisions\xc2\xb7 A good team player, possess good leaderships skill and communication skill\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of social media\xc2\xb7 Mobile and willing to travelJob Type: Full-timeSalary: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthBenefits:
