POSITION - SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION - SECTION 26, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 6500-8500
Drive business growth by identifying and selling to potential prospects while maintaining strong client relationships.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business success.
Ensure timely customer payment settlements to minimize outstanding accounts.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Convert prospects into customers by presenting value-driven sales proposals.
Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Identify and recommend new business opportunities for existing customers to increase sales volume.
Follow up on customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain a strict follow-up schedule to minimize outstanding balances.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain an active potential pipeline report for business opportunities.
Meet existing sales expansion targets by growing accounts.
Ensure on-time payment collections and minimize outstanding balances.
