PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develops and execute business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of Company\'s sales goals and profitability.

  • Prepare annual sales forecast and set budget guidelines.
  • Responsible for existing and new customers relationship management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow up.
  • Initiates, assists and coordinates development and implementation of action plans for effective search of sales prospects and to penetrate new markets.
  • Creates and conduct proposal presentations to satisfy customer\'s requirements.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
  • Attend trade shows and propose Company services.
  • To carry out contract review, executive summary, tender account and represent as key contact person.
  • Prepare quotation and timely submit account opening documents.
  • In charge of priority revenue key account from accept booking, providing update shipment to client and to create emergency mitigate back up plan.
  • Take part of total account in charge when customer service NIL.
  • Responsible for central region equipment sales and revenue.
  • Implement and take charge on overall responsible for LTL/DD division growth.
  • To involve and improve act as part of the team member for operation department & customer service department growth and process flow.
  • To communicate with drivers for deliveries status and updates.
*Ad-hoc only during urgent and lack of manpower. * Prepare final report and review on any abnormal activities only for priority key account daily. (Temperature/Speed/Time duration/Dispute) - Unilever Project
  • Responsible for management report monthly on Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Take lead and resume back on Customer Success Meeting weekly. (Customer Service & Sales Department)
  • To compile market data and always adapt to current market changes.
  • Oversee on billing matter, invoice & statement when needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior.
