Requirements

• Knowledge of English, Mandarin dialects would be advantageous.
• Diploma or Degree in marketing related field
• Able to converse and write in English
• Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal communication skills
• Fun and outgoing personality with positive vibes
• Have a passion for home furnishing
• Should be highly mobile to travel between showrooms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales target set for Malaysia by head office.
• Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
• Develop marketing plan for all media channels, execute online to offline media campaign
• Lead and motive your team of executives and sales staff
• Prepare reports to the directors
• Well versed Social Media Marketing and Google Keyword analysis
• Oversee day-to-day showroom functions
• Work with inventory department for product forecasting
• Manages marketing budgets and ensures effective allocation of resources.
• Work with graphic design team and oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials, such as website content, social media posts, and advertising campaigns
• Prepare monthly promotion brief & sales target for showroom.
• Work with influencers and partner brands to strengthen brand presence across channels.
