• To be a team player for overall work activities.
• To develop & build new and retain existing business opportunities.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts.
• Responsible for on time payment collection.
• E-Marketing, B2B & B2C sales.
• Liaise with Developer / Architect / Consultant / Main Contractor for product specifications.
• Promote Company's Products.
• Conduct Products Presentation.
• Achieve target required.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethics is a priority.
• Building material sales experience will be added as an advantage.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin due to the market support.
