Kelayakan

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese - essential for effective communication with clients from China. (any other additional languages will be an advantage).
• Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to travel as required.

Tanggungjawab

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients professionally and in line with company policies.
• Support the implementation of strategic plans related to High Purity Silica Sand and its by-products to improve production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Identify market trends, customer demands, and marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market conditions, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and potential market share for High Purity Silica Sand and its by-products in Asia, Oceania, and globally.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities, including advertising, social media, promotional campaigns, and public relations efforts to enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
• Achieve sales and marketing objectives by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, trade programs, and field sales action plans.
• Contribute to the company's financial objectives by forecasting annual sales targets, sales volumes, and profit margins for both existing and new products (by-products of High Purity Silica Sand).
• Analyze market trends and performance results to recommend pricing strategies and selling prices; monitor cost structures, competition, supply, and demand to maintain competitiveness.
• Provide sales support and coordination to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and delivery scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders for High Purity Silica Sand and its by-products.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through follow-ups and visits to understand their needs and explore new business opportunities.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism to protect company interests.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by superiors.
