A leading Public Listed Company in Pharmaceutical industry is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting sales and profit targets, managing the sales team, overseeing marketing activities, and ensuring efficient purchase and logistics processes. You will play an important role to:

• Lead, plan, and monitor sales performance for growth, competitiveness, and market share.
• Set sales and profit targets, and create budgets for short-term and long-term goals.
• Manage sales team, categorize by area and customer, set margins and commissions, and oversee order approval.
• Handle marketing and branding, acquire agency rights, ensure regulatory compliance, and gather market intelligence.
• Guide sales team in acquiring new customers and fostering strong relationships through understanding their needs.
• Manage purchase and logistics, introduce new products, maintain stock levels, and establish relationships with suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a healthcare /TCM industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead a sales team effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering results.
